Besides that Jacobus Els only appeared briefly in court again, two other murder accused were sentenced in Witbank Magistrate’s Court the past week.
WITBANK NEWS reported that Els’s case was postponed until July 30 as the attempted murder case docket was requested along with video footage.
On July 30 the court postponed the case yet again because of the outstanding video footage. Els smiled as he left the court building. His bail was extended and the case being postponed until October 12.

Unfortunately for Dorris Kedibone Khwerane there was nothing to smile about as she was sentenced to 12 years in prison for murdering her boyfriend in December 2016.
She pleaded guilty on the charge of murder as she stabbed her late boyfriend, Senatla Emmanuel Masaka to death on December 2.
After a trial of four years, Nyabela Johannes Leshaba was found guilty on the charges of culpable homicide and sentenced to five years in prison.
