A 51-year-old women has reported that she was sexually assaulted by a young man.
The victim told the police that she was walking from KwaGuqa in Extension 12 going to Extension 14 when she was approached by a young man.
The suspect then tried to push her down but she fought back and unfortunately she fell on the ground.

The suspect then dragged her to the nearby bushes where he raped her and after that he robbed her of R1 500 in cash and fled the scene on foot.
The offence happened on Monday, September 3 at about 18:15.
No one has been arrested and police are investigating.
