New facts, another bail application

After his first bail application was denied, the accused is applying for another bail application for new facts.

This follows after a man was apprehended early in, pretending to be a police official and he allegedly intimidated foreigners, mainly Pakistani’s.

He asked them for their asylum papers and passports.

According to a victim, the accused kept on asking for money and made copies of all their documents.

His first court appearance was on Monday, July 9.

He appeared again on Thursday, August 2 and then again on September 5. His bail application was denied the first time and he is appearing again on Wednesday, September 12 for another bail hearing on new facts.
