Two business robberies are being investigated by the Vosman police.

Two business robberies are being investigated by the Vosman police.

The first incident of business robbery was reported at Alke Three Q Concrete Street in Ferrobank on Wednesday, November 7 at about 23:15.

The 34-year old security guard reported that he was on duty and busy patrolling inside the business premises when he was approached by five suspects, all wearing balaclavas.

One of the suspects dragged him next to the fence and forced him to lay down on the ground.

The suspects went inside the guard room and robbed him of batteries, a computer screen, a microwave and copper cables.

The value of all the items taken is R24 500. The suspects then fled the scene on foot.

The second incident was reported at Hlalanikahle in Extension 1 on Friday, November 9 at about 20:50.

A 24-year old victim was at the reported place with his girlfriend at home with two friends when two suspects entered and asked for the time.

After a while another one entered and pointed them with a firearm and robbed them of cash. They took with them R10 000.

No one has been arrested in both cases.
