A massive drug bust ensued in Model Park and drugs worth an estimated half a million was seized.
The bust took place on November 22 but the suspect was not home at the time.
Information later surfaced that he was arrested last week Wednesday, and briefly appeared in the Witbank Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, November 29.

It was reported in WITBANK NEWS on November 30 that the house was searched after a warrant was obtained.

It was a tactical intelligence driven operation with Witbank CCCT and Middelburg K9-unit as supporting units.
Ecstacy, CAT, heroin, crystal meth and mandrax were amongst the drugs that were confiscated during the bust.
