Another case of robbery was opened at Witbank Police Station after a lady was robbed from her belongings in Haig Street.
On January 17, a silver Volkswagen Polo stopped next to a lady walking when an armed and unknown man jumped out of the vehicle and robbed her.
On the video material that was provided to WITBANK NEWS, you can clearly see how this silver vehicle comes to a stop next to the victim and suddenly an unknown suspect climbs out of the vehicle and overpower the lady.
It is alleged that the bag that the suspect grabbed, contained an undisclosed amount of cash and important documents.
WITBANK NEWS earlier did an article about a man that was robbed and dumped next to the Old Middelburg Road (R555) after accepting a lift from suspects in a silver Polo.

It is not yet clear if it is the same vehicle as in the incident in Haig Street but the police are investigating this case.
