SAPS and bikers on a campaign

The campaign brought all victims of drugs who were seeking help to become survivors under one roof, in an attempt to be rid of this life

A drug awareness campaign roared through the streets of Phola when bikers and police were as one.

This took place on Saturday, March 9 in conjunction with Phola Police and Industrial Robbers Bikers at the Phola Community Hall.

The campaign brought all victims of drugs who were seeking help to become survivors under one roof, in an attempt to be rid of this life.

Stakeholders like Witbank SANCA, the Department of Health and the Pastors Forum were present.

Nonhlanhla Nkosi (SANCA), Peter Masango (Industrial Robbers), Prince Phalwago (SANCA) and Const Thabang Petros Nthuli (Phola SAPS Corporate Communications).

Industrial Robbers Bikers’ secretary, Mr King ‘Matawuzen’ Mathiblea, explained the purpose of the day and shared the idea that motivated them to partner with the police.

He then led the attendees to a moment of silence for the three members who had lost their lives.

Pastors Ndebele and Yende delivered a very powerful word of wisdom and encouragement and closed with prayer.

All bikers led the open road and Mr Peter Masango moved in convoy and escorted police and drove around the location handing out pamphlets.
