Sunday School Foundation maps the way forward
Different Sunday Schools from different denominations have been invited and will take part in the march
Members of the Sunday School Foundation gathered to a meeting to map their way forward for the cruciform march.
The meeting about the march was held on Sunday, March 31. The march will take place on Sunday, April 14 and will start at the Assemblies of God Church in Botha Street at 09:00.
The marchers will then march to Hectorway Park and will have lunch at Mtsuki Centre and will end at Sly Mthimunye Park at about 14:00.
Different Sunday Schools from different denominations have been invited and will take part in the march.

They will be singing, dancing and praying along the route as the marches will proclaim the power of the cross in the streets.
One of the organisers of the march, Pastor Ray Mabena explained that the yearly march stated some years back and has gained momentum in the past years.
He added to say that Sunday Schools have a role to play as it caters for the spiritual needs of children.

“We have invited SABC, Ikwekwezi FM, KRS and Emalahleni FM. We have put the information on social media, we have flyers, we have invited our local churches and we need to gossip about it and doing it for our Christ. Our executive mayor and other officials will join us as well. We will have children and teachers who are very important stakeholders in the march. We will have our messages on placards and we’re going to change eMalahleni for the better through the march,” said Pastor Mabena.
Founder of the Sunday School Foundation, Mr Sam Nape gave messages of support.
