Election Day is around the corner and majority of young people who are eligible to vote are not registered.
Some are registered but state that they will not vote.
Nkosingiphile Nkambule: “When the political parties campaign for votes, they target the disadvantaged people and take advantage of them by promising them that they will deliver.
