Praying for change on the N4 – #IMadeMyMark
Nkonki started his walk at KG Mall and is set to end by eMalahleni’s CBD off ramp
As the rest of the country took to the polling stations to cast their votes on the morning of Wednesday, May 8 a different group of people decided on a different approach to the day, one lead by prayer.
Raymond Nkonki is one of 11 member’s who embarked on a 5KM walk up and down eMalahleni’s N4 highway to pray for the national elections as well as social ills which plague the town of eMalahleni.
Speaking to Witbank News Nkonki said; “their pray was centered on three issues. “We are fighting against all evil spirits that plague our town and as we physically walk here on the N4 we are spiritually walking on the N12 as well. We are also praying against the spirit of drugs and rebellious spirits amongst our people while also praying for the sanity of our people as they go to polling stations to cast their votes for the leaders of our country.”
Nkonki started his walk at KG Mall and is set to end by eMalahleni’s CBD off ramp.
