Magistrate Mdumiseni Mavuso is going to take all evidence in consideration before he decides whether Zinhle Maditla can qualify for bail.
Maditla who was supposed to appear in the Witbank Magistrate Court on Monday, May 27 will only know the outcome of her bail application on Wednesday, May 28.
She did not appear on Monday.
The 24-year-old mother is being held at Middelburg Correctional Services.
She is suspected of poisoning her four children.
Minenhle (8), Blessing (6), Shanique (4) and Ettiene (11 months) were found dead and wrapped in blankets in their one bedroom apartment in Klarinet. This happened at the end of last year.
