Three similar incidents caught the attention of police and Belfast police, together with Witbank Police managed to apprehend three suspects.
A woman opened a missing person docket at Belfast Police Station after her husband went missing.
His body was found along the Belfast-Middelburg road, along with other bodies.
While this was still under investigation, another missing person was opened at Witbank Police Station of a similar incident.
Sipho Given Gumede disappeared after he dropped his wife off at a family gathering.
He was found dead shortly thereafter.
Belfast Police, along with Witbank Police launched a manhunt for these suspects and managed to apprehend them less than a week after the killings.
