Two arrested for drug possession in Phola
Upon their search, they found 62 small plastics containing dagga and four brown plastics containing a white powder which is suspected to be heroin
More arrests are continued to be made as more people are found with substances suspected to be drugs.
Two arrests were made in Phola on the same day.
Police officials were patrolling in the Iraq section on Tuesday, August 20 at 15:30 in the afternoon when they noticed a man carrying a black plastic bag and requested to search the man.
Upon their search, they found 62 small plastics containing dagga and four brown plastics containing a white powder which is suspected to be heroin.
The man was arrested on the spot.
Another arrest was made in Makause location at 13:30 in the afternoon.
As police officials were patrolling, they requested to search the suspect and found a small transparent bag with five brown plastics inside.
There was a white powder found inside the brown plastics and the powder was suspected to be heroin.
Both cases were opened at Phola Police Station.
