Municipal consumers have rights

Ridiculous high service accounts, lack of service delivery, no response from the municipality, escalating Eskom debt – That is Emalahleni in a nutshell.

Residents are tired of fighting inaccurate service accounts, paying for air rushing through their water meters, the list just goes on.

AfriForum Witbank invited their head of local government affairs, Mr Morné Mostert to eMalahleni to talk about the right consumers have and give advice.
