‘Spender’ released on bail
Eyebrows were raised after the Durban July this year and he was arrested by the Hawks following their thorough investigation
Sam Chabalala was released on bail of R200 000 at the Witbank Magistrates Court, today.
This follows his arrest on September 6 after he was arrested in eMalahleni and charged with fraud, corruption, possession of an unlicensed fire arm and ammunition and Contravention of the Immigration Act, 13 of 2002.
Eyebrows were raised after the Durban July this year and he was arrested by the Hawks following their thorough investigation.
He appeared in court on September 9 and the case was postponed to September 13 and again to today (Monday).
