[VIDEO] Case postponed, Darren still in ICU
Family and friends of Darren gathered outside the courthouse to show their support
Darren Joseph a matric student at HTS Witbank is currently in ICU in Witbank General Hospital.
Darren underwent brain surgery on Tuesday, 12 November, he is currently sedated.
Darren suffers from major head injuries.
This followed after Darren was allegedly beaten severely with a pipe like object by the accused that appeared in Witbank Magistrate Court.
The alleged suspect appeared briefly in court B on Thursday, November 14 and the bail application has been rolled over to Friday, November 15.
Family and friends of Darren gathered outside the courthouse to show their support.
A prayer hour will be held for Darren tonight at 18:30 on the A-rugby field at HTS.
Everybody is welcome to come and join in prayer.
