Rizpah would like to take the opportunity to wish all of the local eMalahleni and Middelburg cyclists a safe and enjoyable race!
This year marks the third consecutive year that cyclists will team-up to Ride for a Purpose at the Discovery 94.7 cycling road race.
The team consists of fifty cyclists plus several supporters that will ride in aid of the local charity Rizpah.
Rizpah currently has eight foster care homes plus the Spring Valley Crèche under its care.
Riders pledge a donation and give of their love and time training and on the day, sporting the bright pink colors of Rizpah with the statement: We Care/Ons gee Om.
On Sunday, November 10 some of the team got together at NG Church Basileia where a prayer of blessing and protection was extended to the team and all riders and logistics of the race.
Rizpah would like to take the opportunity to wish all of the local eMalahleni and Middelburg cyclists a safe and enjoyable race!
We hope to double our numbers by next year and give an open invitation to cyclists that would like to join the team in future.
