Koekies appeared briefly in court
Allegedly he hit Darren over the head with the pipe
Mr Johan Koekemoer, briefly appeared in Witbank Magistrates’ Court on Friday afternoon, November 15.
His bail application was rolled over to Monday, November 18.
A case of attempted murder was opened against Koekemoer on Friday, November 8 after he allegedly assaulted the Grade 12 student Darren Joseph with a pipe like object.
Allegedly he hit Darren over the head with the pipe.
Darren is currently in ICU in Witbank General Hospital.
