The Witbank Society for the Aged is to hold its 39th Annual General Meeting.
The meeting will be hosted on November 21 at 14:00 at the Oasis Senior Service Centre Hall, Eden Park Retirement Village, Klipfontein, eMalahleni.
The Board of the Witbank Society for the Aged invites all residents of Eden Park Retirement Village and Mthimkhulu Centre for the Aged, employees, invited guests, centre members of the Oasis Senior Service Centre and Mthimkhulu Senior Service Centre, the general public and beneficiaries of services, to attend the meeting and join management and the Society Board at this occasion.
The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to transact the following:
– Chairperson’s report.
– Director’s report.
– Treasurer’s report.
– Appointment of the auditors.
– Approval of the Board members and Resident Committee members.
– Consideration, approval and adoption of the audit report.
