Waking up to a congratulations message that states you are the owner of a brand new Audi A4 is far better than waking up to get ready to wash another persons car.
That is what happened to Songezo Mampungu who participated in the Vodacom Summer ShakeUp – a campaign that is shaking up lives for the better.
Songezo Mampungu (28), the winner of a brand new Audi A4 from eMahlahleni, born in Mount Frere in Eastern Cape spends his days making sure other people’s cars are spotless at a local car wash where he works to support his family.
Not only is this Songezo’s first wheels,but the first car in his immediate family and a big deal for everyone.
Songezo said, “My employer previously transported me to and from work, so now I can get to work on my own and do so many things for my family. I am so grateful to Vodacom for lifting me up from the ground and helping to get me on my feet. I am still in disbelieve and can’t really express what this means to me”.
