Video: Surprise party for children after mother tells about her hardships to survive

WITBANK NEWS reported about the struggles of a single unemployed mother who lives in Siyanqoba with her two minor children.

Ms Sibongile Mahlangu has been living in the area since 2018 and with the Covid-19 is now, even more, battling without the essentials to make ends meet.

Her two children, Celesta and Clive celebrated their birthdays but would have had nothing if it wasn’t for the goodwill of two women who saw their story in the newspaper.

Maureen Scheepers and Nadine van Schalkwyk surprised them on June 12 with birthday cakes for each one and presents.
