Once in a life time opportunity, to sleep with rhinos

Deon starts his sleep out tonight in this cold weather

Deon Cornelius (owner of Ubhetyan- O-Africa) does not only use Dr Nolan Landman from Witbank Veterinary Hospital to treat his animals on the farm but he also got the idea from Landman to sleep outside with his rhinos after Landman did the sleep out at the Witbank SPCA.

For the month of September (and coinciding with World Rhino Day on September 22) Rhino Connect (Non- Profit Organization) will be working in collaboration with Ubhetyan-O-Africa where Deon will be sleeping in the bush, in close vicinity to some white rhino.

The aim of the project is to raise much needed funds for all emergencies relating to rhino, veterinarians, day to day management and security cost.

“The vision of this project is targeted at the scenes of a wildlife reserve, to do meaningful work, supporting the private rhino owner and orphanages and restoring wildlife,” said Deon.

All funds will be duly audited and transparent for all donors and founders.

Rhino Connect aim’s to give as much credit and exposure to the donors and sponsors as possible.

Come sleep with the rhinos for a night.

Enjoy a dinner, bed and breakfast for R1500 per person per night under the African stars.

You can book your spot and enjoy sleeping on the deck as you watch the rhinos, have a sundown dinner and a sunrise breakfast.

“I challenge all business owners and individuals to come join me for a night on the deck for this once in a life time experience,” said Deon.
