Idols SA Top 16 contestants, Zama is inspired by where she comes from Mpumalanga

The 18-year-old Zama Khumalo from eMalahleni was nervous to receive the news revealed on Sunday of the much-anticipated Idols SA’s Top 16.
Cool, calm, friendly and ever-smiling Zama wowed the judges from her first audition and has been blowing them away ever since.
Now with her Top 16 place in the bag, the 18-year-old is ready to light up this country and show just how much she wants to win big!
Idols SA is a famous singing competition that provides talented individuals with the opportunity to make the most out of their abilities.
The competition has helped groom some singers like Bongiwe Mdaka, Ntokozo Makhathini, Mnqobi Dlamini, Faith Msibi as well as our local celebrities such as the talented Musa Sukwene, Karabo Mogane and Brenden Ledwaba who are all from Mpumalanga.

She has been receiving some love and support from Eusebius Makaiser and Bucy Radebe.
The new Top 16 closed the show with a performance of one of Beyonce’s hit songs ‘Freedom’.
