As skilled and eager as we are, the WITBANK NEWS journalists can’t be everywhere. That is why we need our readers to be our eyes and our ears. If you know of something newsworthy please tell us.

We love to cover news that involves our community. So if your granny or grandpa is turning 80 or older, you know of someone who has been married for more than 50 years and would like to share their recipe to a long and happy marriage on their wedding anniversary, a pet that does crazy things someone taking extra strides in the community please let us know.

When you experience something thrilling, it’s natural to want to share it immediately with friends and family. Smartphones and mobile apps mean just about everyone has a camera at all times. You can snap, edit and share a picture in less than a minute. Our readers are invited to share their photos with us by emailing zita@witbanknews.co.za. Please remember to add your name and where you took the photo. Photos must be bigger than 3Mb to ensure a good quality print in the newspaper.
