Idols SA Zama Khumalo steals the show with Jennifer Hudson’s version of ‘A Change is Gonna Come’

#TeamZama says that being on Idols South Africa is tough, by the time it’s done, Zama will only have two choices; for her to bring change to Idols SA or change is gonna come to her in this singing competition.

Zama Khumalo won thousands of hearts on Sunday, October 11 with her powerful vocals on season 16 Top 10 of ‘Idols South Africa’, after performing a Jennifer Hudson song.

Zama delivered a beautiful performance to a point where Unathi couldn’t hold her emotions and cried her heart out on national TV.

She even got a ‘Whooo Shem’ from Somizi and got tons of love from Randall as strict as he is; he was very impressed with Zama’s performance.

She made it to the Top 10 of the competition, after making it to the Top 16.

Recently Zama is the most favourite contestant with many such as #TeamZama declaring and manifesting that they will make sure she wins the competition.

Every week after her performance she has been trending number one on Twitter.

The 16th season of the show kicked-off last month and Zama continues to build up her confidence, showing off whom the real Idols SA Zama Khumalo is, and she is working hard and effortlessly to avoid “fading out”.

However, last week’s performance channelled the momentum, evoked a good spirit and proved to the Idols SA viewers, #TeamZama fans, Mzansi and the world at large that she is worthy of being called an artist.
