Christiaan Burke the golfer champ after a 5th win

Golf RSA National Squad member Christiaan Burke claimed his 5th win in three months in the Mpumalanga Open at Witbank Golf Club.

On September 4 the Mpumalanga Open tournament started and the results were more than brilliant as Christiaan Burke improved the tournament record by 11 shots.

Wonder how he does it?

Well according to Burke, “you just play hole by hole and have fun.”

Huge Congratulations to Christiaan on winning this year’s Mpumalanga Open with scores of 66, 63, 66 and 65, a total of 28 under par for the four rounds.

The top four Mpumalanga players were as follows:

1. Alex Pieterse (+3)
2. Johan Prinsloo (+7)
3. Steve Smit (+9)
4. Devon Strydom and Justin van Dyk (+11)
