Mayor dedicating 67 minutes to do good for others

Give what you have to make a difference.

The Executive Mayor of Emalahleni Local Municipality, Clr Conny Nkalitshana, led a team of municipal officials, community volunteers, Community Work Programme (CWP) and Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) officials in celebrating the legacy of the late former President of South Africa, Dr Nelson Mandela.

On July 18 Clr Nkalitsha started the day with a roadblock at Phola entrance and proceeded with the cleaning of the area, patching of potholes and issuing blankets to the elders together with the Ndzundza Sogutjhe tribal council.

“Do what you can, with what you have and where you are to make a difference,” the mayor concluded.
