Students continue with protest in eMalahleni

TUT students continue to protest near the institution, and motorists are asked to take alternate routes.

Students at Tshwane University of Technology’s (TUT) eMalahleni campus are still on strike.

The students in eMalahleni keep showing concern over issues they believe are hindering their academic advancement.

They are protesting over the capping of accommodation prices, transportation, and the phase-out of modules in courses.

On Monday, March 13, students kept up their protests at the institution’s smaller entrance along France Quass Avenue.

Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes as certain roads around the university are disrupted.
