Pannies are living and loving International Poetry Day

On March 17, the school celebrated the day with the rest of the world, but learners took it one step further.

On World Poetry Day Laerskool Panorama celebrated poetry with style.

 

On March 17, the school celebrated the day with the rest of the world, but learners took it one step further.

Each learner could dress up according to the theme of their poem and could even create and recite their very own poem.

 

Daniké Struwig in Grade 4 did a poetry piece called ‘Op die plaas’.

 

Ano Nyamukapa.

Tiger Maziya dressed as a zebra and also recited his very own zebra poem.

 

Amogelang Mokoena chose the ‘Itsy bitsy spider’ poem.

 

Five of the Grade 4 students dressed up as doctors and nurses and recited a ‘Doctor Doctor’ poem in unison.

Ano Nyamukapa dressed as his favourite television character Coco Melon and recited a poem from the popular kid’s show.
