Learners honoured for outstanding achievements

Top learners awarded at annual prizegiving.

Elkana School has awarded its top learners recently.

With load-shedding catching the event off-guard, it had not stopped the eventful evening from proceeding.

Latifah James and Natasha Pieterson.

The educational centre held its annual prizegiving at the school in Reyno Ridge on Friday, November 17.

The school choir also entertained guests with songs.

Thumisho Makhubela, Zipho Nkambule and Tshiamo Kgoasasa.

Elkana was founded and established 20 years ago by psychologist Abie Smit, who also attended the event and led the proceedings.

Mduduzi Mnisi and Karabo Shabangu.

Proud parents, family, and friends filled the school hall and cheered with glee and pride.
