Motorist share frustration about delay on N4

Traffic was delayed for hours on the N4 this morning.

Disgruntled motorists were stuck on the N4 at the Balmoral turn-off this morning.

The reason for the delay in traffic flow is not yet known.

“We have not been moving since 06:30. We are frustrated beyond measure. We are only a few kilometres away from work, and now we are late because of the unsuspected delay,” said Amelia Pieterse.

She said people are getting out of vehicles as Mother Nature calls and the side of the road has now become a public toilet.

No accident was reported and Trac N4 has not posted anything on X.
