The cause of the accident not known yet.

Another accident was reported on the R547 earlier this week.

Louwtjie Swart from Traffic Alert said two trucks were involved and the driver of one of the trucks was trapped inside the truck.

Legacy Emergency Medical Services rushed to the scene on December 2 to assist.

Gavin Cooper, paramedic from Legacy said the patient had multiple injuries on his legs and he was flown to a hospital in Gauteng for treatment.

The R547 is very narrow and drivers are urged to drive with extreme caution.
