Second accident involving 3 vehicles reported on the R555

Two separate accidents have brought the traffic to a standstill as back to back accidents painted the R555 in blood today

Another accident was reported on the R555.

Just a short distance from the first accident that claimed two lives earlier today, another accident occurred.

Three cars are involved.

Langamed Emergency Management and SAPS are on scene.

Details are still emerging, and the exact cause of the accident is not yet known.

A man and a baby lost their lives in the first accident that caused the road to be closed for several hours.

The R555 has long been a road of concern with a history of serious accidents.
