Third body found decomposed in the Ferrobank bushes

The third body was found two days after the other two, following a police tip-off by a resident.

Following the shocking discovery of two decomposed bodies by the Vosman Police, another man’s body was found in a state of decomposition two days later in the same area.
According to the Vosman Police, they received a tip-off from a resident on October 12, and when they arrived at the scene, they found a decomposed body next to an old mine.

“The man is believed to be in his mid-thirties, and the circumstances that led to the gruesome attack are currently unknown,” said the Vosman SAPS spokesperson, Captain Vusi Mnisi.

The Vosman SAPS is seeking assistance from the public to help identify all three men’s bodies that were found in the Ferrobank bushes.
The first body of the unidentified decman was discovered after the police had gone to the bushes to trace a missing man.
The second body was later discovered in the same area shortly after, on October 9. The last body was then discovered two days later.

According to Mnisi, in the first discovery, the police were tracing a missing man around 09:00 when they came across a decomposed body of a man in the open field of Ferrobank, and the cause of death was not clear.

In the second discovery, the police received a tip-off from a resident, and when they arrived at the scene around 12:00, they found another decomposed body of a man.

“A body was found wearing a red T-shirt without trousers, and all the role players were summoned to the scene,” said Mnisi.

“The two bodies were found burnt, and we don’t know yet what led to their deaths,” Mnisi said.

As the now three bodies remain unidentified, the police are pleading with anyone with a missing relative to come forward and help identify the bodies.

The SAPS is also urging anyone with information that can help in solving the three inquests to contact Vosman SAPS at 079 891 5314 or 013 244 7140.
