Clr Kim touches lives with huge donation at SPCA

The donation featured items that one can think of when it comes to animals, including blankets, food, and toys.

The SPCA recently received a generous handover of donations, thanks to the efforts of Clr Kim Fourie and the residents of Ward 33.

The drive was organised to support the feeding and care of animals, and it turned into a remarkable display of teamwork in Ward 33.

Kim expressed her heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed, highlighting the importance of working together for a good cause. She noted that the donations will go a long way in helping the SPCA provide for animals in need.

A special thank you was extended to a company specialising in vehicle conversions, whose strong support made the day possible. Their involvement showed how local businesses can play a vital role in uplifting community projects.

“We would like to thank all the people who so generously donated for the amazing donations received to feed and keep the animals in our care warm. We appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. Each donation enables us to continue to care for and feed the animals in our care,” said Carika van Rooyen from the SPCA Witbank.

Kim said that the success of the drive is a reminder of the power of compassion and teamwork. “Your generosity means the world. Together, we have made a difference for our furry friends.”
