Darkies hold firm to top spot in Kwa-Guqa Masters League pre-season

The team remains at the top of the pre-season log, followed closely by Phatudi Masters.

The Dangerous Darkies remain unmoved at the top of the Kwa-Guqa Masters League pre-season log, while the other teams continue to shuffle for position.

On April 19, soccer fans gathered at Old Trafford Sports Ground for another series of five games between the 10 teams in the league.

The first match saw Phatudi Masters setting up the tone for the day with a 1:0 victory against Peace Makers, followed by a 3:2 victory claimed by All Nation Masters against 3D Masters.

The third match between Vithiza Legends and St John Masters ended with a goalless draw, followed by another hard-fought 1:1 draw between Dangerous Darkies and Shining Stars.

Umlilo Masters closed up with a 1:0 win against Maredi United.

The Dangerous Darkies remain at the top of the pre-season log with 17 points.

However, though they were followed closely by Maredi United last week, Phatudi Masters have claimed the second spot with 16 points this week.
