Hlalanikahle family seeks answers after woman’s brutal death

The family is devastated and call on police to find the person who brutally murdered the woman.

A family in Hlalanikahle, Phase 4 is seeking answers after a 37-year-old woman was found dead earlier this week.

Marchein Tlou’s body was found covered in a duvet in the house she was sharing with her boyfriend.

Winnie Tlou, her sister, said on April 26, she left with her sister and the boyfriend to watch soccer at a pub in Ackerville.

“Everything was fine. The couple didn’t seem to be fighting or arguing about anything,” Tlou said.

After the soccer match, she said they returned to Phase 4 and made a stop at another tavern before being dropped off at home at night.

“It wasn’t very late, and I don’t know where they went after dropping me off,” she said.

The family became concerned when several attempts to get hold of Marchein the next morning was in vain.

Marchein , who was working with her father repairing cars, did not show up for work.

They went looking for her at her house, and found the security door locked, but the door open.

They managed to open a window and saw Marchein ‘s body on the bed with her face covered.
