More than 5 accidents reported on the N12 this morning amid heavy fog
Authorities have confirmed that no fatalities have been recorded so far, although one person has sustained serious injuries.
More than six accidents have been reported on the N12 this morning as heavy fog continues to affect visibility along the route.
According to Thomas Leshaba from Tomdollers Towing, who is currently at the scene, motorists are being urged to drive with extreme caution as dangerous driving conditions persist in the area.
Poor visibility caused by thick fog is believed to have contributed to the series of crashes reported since early this morning.
