MVM Attorneys, in partnership with Harcourts Gold, recently hosted its annual charity bowling day, bringing together real estate agencies from across eMalahleni for a fun day of sport and giving back.

According to organisers Saiba Maharaj and Brock Vorster, the event held on October 15 at the Witbank Bowling Club has become their yearly tradition of giving back to the community.

“Every year we host our annual charity bowling day event together with different real estate agencies in eMalahleni,” they said.

The organisers said each team entered at a fee, and they also had raffles throughout the day.

“All the money we get in goes towards the charity of the winner’s choice,” they said. “This year we had a massive first prize and a second prize, as well as various prizes which were given throughout the day and to the winners of our lucky draw and raffles.”

Direct Sell was crowned the winner of this year’s competition and earned the right to choose where the donation will go, followed by Realnet, which secured second place.

The organisers appreciated everyone who made the event possible.

“We’d like to say thank you to all our sponsors who sponsored the prizes and the raffles, and also the community of eMalahleni for giving us this opportunity to be able to give back to those less fortunate in society,” Maharaj said.
