DRAFT ORDER

HAVING considered the matter and the papers filed, and having heard counsel for the Applicant, the following order is granted:

1. The respondent is hereby placed under provisional liquidation, in the hands of the Master of the High Court;

2. A rule nisi is issued, calling upon interested parties to appear and show cause, if any, on

2 October 2026 as number 25 on that day`s roll, why an order in the following terms should not be granted:

2.1 a final liquidation order against the respondent;

2.2 that the cost of the application be costs in the liquidation;

3. That service of the provisional order be affected as prescribed in section 346A of the companies act, No.61 of 1973 (as amended) on:

3.1 the respondent;

3.2 the employees of the respondent (if any);

3.3 the trade union representing the employees of the respondent

(if any);

3.4 the South African Revenue Services;

3.5 the Master of the High Court, Middelburg.

4. The provisional order be published once in the government gazette and the local newspaper.
