NOTICE OF MAJOR HAZARD INSTALLATION
Notice is hereby given of the existence of a Major Hazard Installation (MHI) at Puma Energy South Africa (Pty) Ltd located at
22 Watt Street, Industria, Middelburg, Mpumalanga Province. Such notice is required by regulation 4 of the MHI Regulations promulgated on
31 January 2023 via regulation gazette number 47970. Any interested or affected person may make representations in writing to the relevant local government or provincial director within 60 days if the installations are not acceptable to them. A copy of the MHI risk assessment pertaining to the installations is available for that person at the above address at a time, place and in a manner which will be agreed upon between the parties.
