NOTICE LOST OR DESTROYED DEED
Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T113971/2006 passed by THE TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING OF VAN DYK FAMILIE TRUST, Registration No. IT 2450/97, in favour of JULIA KING, Identity Number 470529 0020 080, Unmarried, in respect of certain PORTION 14 (a Portion of Portion 12) of the farm LANGVERWACHT 293, REGISTRATION DIVISION I.T., PROVINCE MPUMALANGA, which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds: Mpumalanga at Mbombela within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
