Ingredients:
200 Gram Brown rice, cooked in unsalted water
500 Millilitre cold water
10 Millilitre Fresh thyme leaves
1 Sachet KNORR Chicken Casserole Dry Cook-in-Sauce
800 Gram Chicken breasts, skin d
10 Millilitre oil
3 Millilitre Crushed garlic
3 Millilitre Crushed ginger
2 Leeks, sliced
300 Gram Sweet potato, chopped
20 Millilitre Tomato paste
1 Pinch Pepper to Taste
Method:
1. In a large frying pan, brown chicken pieces in oil.
2. Add garlic, ginger, leeks and sweet potato to the pan and fry for 5 min.
3. Stir in the tomato paste and season with pepper and thyme.
4. Add 500 ml water to the pan and stir in the contents of the KNORR Chicken Casserole Dry Cook-in-Sauce
5. Bring to the boil while stirring.
6. Simmer uncovered for 40-45 min until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Serve with brown rice.
