Emalahleni wins Nkangala Mayoral Games
Recently municipalities from the district were engaged in the Nkangala District Mayoral Games.
The different sporting codes were played at Witbank High School on Saturday, November 29.
The results of the games were:

*Female football – 1) Victor Khanyi, 2) Thembisile Hani, 3) Dr JS Moroka;
*Male soccer – 1) eMalahleni, 2) Victor Khanyi, 3) Steve Tshwete;
*Female volleyball – 1) Emakhazeni, 2) Steve Tshwete, 3) Thembisile Hani;
*Male volleyball – 1) eMalahleni, 2) Dr JS Moroka, 3) Thembisile Hani;
*Female basketball – 1) Steve Tshwete, 2) Thembisile Hani; *Male basketball – 1) eMalahleni, 2) Thembisile Hani, 3) Steve Tshwete;
*Cricket – 1) eMalahleni, 2) Thembisile Hani;
*Female and male tennis – eMalahleni all the way in position one without any competitor.

The overall winners were eMalahleni with Thembisile Hani second.
