Aiming for success
Johan Wilsenach had been competing in archery competitions since he was seven years old.
This young man has already made a name for himself in the world of archery, and has most recently returned with more national titles.
Johan competed in two recently held National Archery Championships.
First was the SA National Field Archery Championships where he won gold and shot a new South African Record in the animal round, for Recurve Junior Boys (u.17).
He followed this up a week later by winning a silver and bronze medal, for Recurve u.15 Boys, at the SA National Outdoor Target Archery Championships. He was also awarded his National Colours for Outdoor Archery.
At both of the championships he was awarded trophies as the winner for the annual 720 and outdoor leagues, for Recurve u.15 Boys.
