Fanta spreads the word of play across SA
Fanta delivered as promised on all things play with the exciting new Whatsyourflava #Fantatasteslike road show which kicked off at the KG Mall.
Shoppers at the KG Mall were treated to music, dancing, information and all the excitement to go with the road show on Friday, July 10.
On the turntables DJ Whiskey manned the tables with song after song to the delight of the audience throughout the show. The road show saw healthy play, fun and excitement happen across the country, making memorable play stops in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Western Cape, Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal. Each event included different interactive areas, representing the Fanta flavours: Grape, Orange and Pineapple, and different elements of play.

For those interested in entertainment, the Fanta Grape zone is definitely for you! This area gives teenage participants the opportunity to explore what the world of entertainment has to offer with a complete DJ experience. This area will also educate teenagers on public image responsibility and how the South African youth can learn to speak their mind with confidence and pave their way to success in the entertainment industry.

The Fanta Orange zone has even more playful fun in store with an area dedicated to getting active. “Our Fanta friends will be encouraged to have fun while learning the importance of an active and healthy lifestyle. This zone also includes the Fanta dance area where dancers were taught the interactive and playful Fanta-Cise dance to embrace the spirit of the Whatsyourflava #Fantatastelike campaign. Bound to get the attention and applause of onlookers, groups of Fanta fans will be able to practice the Fanta-Cise Dance and add their own moves or variations to make it their own.

Groups who thought they have the moves to win the Fanta-Cise dance competition battle it out on the dance floor and won some awesome prizes. Last, but definitely not least, the Fanta Pineapple zone is all about being social. Complete with a snack bar and comfortable Fanta-coloured furniture, this area sets the scene for participants to get to know each other better. Participants had the opportunity to learn about enjoying social media responsibly and protecting themselves from cyber bullying.”
“We are extremely excited to be embarking on the 2015 Fanta WhatsyourFlava #Fantatastelike campaign and encourage all teenagers to participate in the show in their area,” added the statement from Fanta.
