What you need:
Scissors
Newspaper
Tape
A bow or ribbon
A gift

Gather your materials.

All you’ll need are scissors, tape, your paper of choice, and a present. It’s easier to wrap a box than an oddly-shaped present, so if you can place your present in a box it makes the task easier.
Estimate the amount of paper you need.

Place your gift upside down on the sheet of paper. Fold two opposite edges of the paper towards the middle. You want the paper to overlap, but not too much. Cutaway excess paper. Repeat this for the other two opposite edges.

Fold the edges to the middle.

Tape them down.

Do this once you have the size you need.

Make sure it’s tight enough across the box to not slide around.

Fold in the smaller edges.

They should create a triangle on the top.

Fold the triangle.

Fold it up and towards the middle and tape it down. After this, you can flip over your wrapped present
Choose a fun bow.

You can also use a ribbon as a topper. Congratulations, you’ve just successfully wrapped your present.
