Two suspects sought for murders in Vosman and Ga-Nala
The victim was stabbed in the head and was certified dead on the scene.
Vosman and Kriel Police request the help of the community in their investigation of two murder incidents that occurred on Saturday, July 22, and Sunday, July 23.
According to the report, Vosman on-duty policemen were summoned to a murder scene at a plot in Balmoral.
On their arrival, they discovered a male lying near a tree with multiple stab wounds.
The police then requested the medical personnel to assist them on the matter; however, it was found that the victim was fatally stabbed.
Vosman Police Captain Elizebeth Hlathi said the police have opened a murder docket for investigation.
In a separate incident that took thank in Ga-Nala, an unknown male victim was also stabbed to death.
According to the report, Kriel Police members discovered the body of a man lying in the street with multiple stab wounds on Mpahane Street in Thubelihle.
The victim was stabbed in the head and was certified dead on the scene.
Kriel Police Communications Official Angel Makubu said the police have opened a murder docket for investigation. “We request the help of the community to investigate these cases,” Makubu concluded.
