ELM delivers another competitive round at Lynnville Stadium

A tight round of Emalahleni Masters League action saw draws, narrow wins, and strong defensive battles as teams continue to fight for points.

The Emalahleni Masters Football League produced another competitive round of fixtures at Lynnville Stadium with teams once again pushing hard for important points in a tightly contested season.


League leaders Maveli Masters remain at the top of the standings with a reported 20 points, while Eskom Park FC and Vosman Legends are level on 16 points each, keeping the pressure on across the table.


On May 17, SAPS Masters were edged 0–1 by WVK Masters in a closely fought encounter, while AECI FC secured a solid 2–0 win over Real Kasi Masters to strengthen their position.


Saps Masters lost 0–1 to WVK Masters in a close game. AECI FC beat Real Kasi Masters 2–0.
Eskom Masters and Liverpool Masters played a match that ended 2–2.

Sunrise FC and United Masters also drew 2–2.
Eskom Masters and Liverpool Masters shared the spoils in a 2–2 draw, with both sides showing attacking intent throughout. Sunrise FC and United Masters also ended level at 2–2.

In the final fixture, Vosman Masters held league leaders Maveli Masters to a goalless draw.
