Zeeroover Project launch album

The Zeeroover Project, featuring local musos Eugene Viljoen and Corrie Pretorius, will launch their album ‘Legendes en ander Stories’ in Richards Bay.

The musicians will do a gig at the Blue Marlin in Meerensee on Friday, 1 August at 7.30pm

The Zeeroover Project started in Richards Bay last year by Eugene (aka Zwarte Piet of the Zwarte Piet Band) and Corrie.

The musicians’ central theme is songwriting and storytelling in the Afrikaans genre.

The Zeeroover album ‘Legendes en ander stories’ consists of original Afrikaans songs dealing with factual historical events and storytelling in acoustic folk arrangements.
